- Can I get a mobile or tablet on a plan?
Yes – we offer mobile phones and tablets on 12- or 24-month device repayment plans. All interest-free, with the cost split evenly across your term.
- Are your services contracted?
Most of our mobile, data, NBN and voice plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. If you go on a device repayment plan or sign up for Enterprise Fibre, then yes – you’ll have a contract for that term.
- What happens if I have a contracted service and want to leave early?
You can leave anytime – you’ll just need to pay out the remaining term.
For example, if you’re paying $30/month for a device and have 4 months left, the exit cost would be $30 x 4 = $120.
- How is AussieTel different from other telcos?

Yes. We make it easy to port your existing phone numbers and minimise downtime during the switch. We’ll coordinate it all with minimal disruption to your business.
