Calls come in, and go out, through the Teams application on your desktop, mobile or laptop, as well as through Teams-certified desk phones and room systems.
Direct Routing refers to the process of routing Microsoft Teams calls to the Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN), which connects your business to the outside world.
